WHISKY AN A' THAT IV

We were delighted to host Whisky An' A' That IV, Ayrshire's biggest ever whisky festival.

The festival was an excellent day with 15 major whisky companies exhibiting and with over 100 whiskies on show. Also on show were new bottlings from Springbank, Balblair and Glenfarclas, which went down a treat with all who were lucky to sample them.

More than 300 people attended our event at Ayr Carnegie Reference Library between 12noon and 6pm enjoying "the ultimate whisky experience" and a great day was had by all.

Master of Malt and whisky author John Lamond opened the event on Saturday 26th May 2007 with poetry throughout the day from the Bard himself, with his rendition's of Tam O' Shanter and Red Red Rose proving very popular. Music on the day was provided by the Ayrshire Fiddle Orchestra.

Robin would like to thank all the companies and everyone who attended this years event and plans are already under way for for Whisky An'A' That V which will he promises will be even bigger and better.
