Q1.... How secure will my credit card details be?

Q2.... How do I place an order on-line?

A2.... When you have decided which product you wish to buy click on the "Order" button from the product page, this will add you choice to the shopping cart. When you are happy with your purchase click the proceed to checkout button. At this point you will be required to input essential details for the processing of your order. Complete these pages and click the "order now" button to complete the order.

Q3.... How do I view additional information about a product?

A3.... In the Products page,each product has a "Info/Buy" link. This link will open the individual "Product" page that displays a larger image and additional information about the product.

Q4....If when placing an order the following message appears when you go to confirm your details.

A4....Make sure that you have entered the issue number stated on the card, if your card does not have an issue number then please enter 0 into the box and this will allow you to process your order.
