1) COPYRIGHT
Any written content, photography, imagery and other material shown on www.robbiesdrams.co.uk
can only be used with the express consent of Robbie's Drams. Please contact
us to request the use of any materials.
2) SECURITY
In order to ensure the safety of customers' financial details, robbiesdrams.co.uk
uses Secure Sockets Layer Technology to ensure that your details are sent securely
to us and hold a "Thawte" license for our site. Once we have those
details, we treat them responsibly as you would expect ensuring that they cannot
fall into the wrong hands.
3) VAT
Prices shown on listings pages include excise duty and VAT at the rate currently
applicable in the U.K and also prices excluding VAT
4) TAXES AND DUTIES
Whiskies and other products sold at robbiesdrams.co.uk are subject to U.K taxation.
If we are sending products to an address within the European Union(EU), prices
are subject to Value Added Tax(VAT). If we are sending a parcel to an address
outwith the European Union(EU), we will not charge VAT, however you may be liable
to local taxes and duties upon arrival in your country.( Please contact your
Customs Department if you require further information.) robbiesdrams.co.uk,
where appropriate will complete a customs declaration form declaring 'Specialist
Malt Whisky, No Commercial Value' and stating replacement value.
5) PRICES
Prices shown against each item listed are not inclusive of postage and packaging
which will be added to your bill.
All prices published on our site constitute an invitation to treat rather than
an offer capable of acceptance by any purchaser. Such prices are published in
good faith and believed to be correct. However robbiesdrams.co.uk reserves the
right to alter or change prices at any time up until delivery of the product
selected.
Any price changes will be notified and confirmed to you via your order confirmation
receipt.
6) ACCURACY
While we have endeavoured to ensure the accuracy of the of the information on
this site, we cannot guarantee or give any warranty as to the accuracy, timeliness
or completeness of any information or material on the website. Prices and specifications
can change without notice and products are subject to availability. This does
not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
7 ) PAYMENT METHODS
Payments can be made by credit/debit cards online using VISA, VISA Delta, Mastercard,
Maestro and Amex.
8) FOLLOW UP
Once an order is placed, an automatic email response is generated, letting you
know that your order has reached us securely and confirming the order details.
If there are any errors please contact us so that we can amend the order or
cancel it if you prefer.
9) DELIVERY
After processing- which can be delayed if we are out of stock of the product's
(in which case we will advise you), all orders are dispatched using a 48 hour
service to most mainland destinations in the U.K, 48 hour service to many European
addresses and 72 hours to outlying areas of the U.K.

We require someone to be present at the delivery address to sign for acceptance
of the goods.
10) RETURNS POLICY
If you are unhappy with products purchased, which are not faulty, we will happily
refund your money or exchange the products if you inform us within 7 days after
the day following the delivery of the goods. In this event, the products must
be returned to us in good condition. We will make reimbursements within 30 days
of cancellation. Any product(s) returned must be within its original packaging.(Unfortunately
we cannot pay for the delivery charge of unwanted products). However, if any
of the products that we sent to you are faulty or damaged we will replace them
or reimburse you for your expense, including the cost of delivery, if you prefer.
If products are faulty or damaged, we require that you tell us within a reasonable
time of receipt of the products. All refunds and reimbursements will be paid
within 30 days of you notifying us of your wish to return the product(s). Any
product(s) retuned must be adequately packed to avoid any possible damage.
11) AGE RESTRICTION
We can only sell alcohol products to those over the age of 21. By placing an
order you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age and the minimum legal
age for purchasing alcohol in your country of residence.
12) AVAILABILITY
a) Supply is usually reliable for most products displayed at robbiesdrams.co.uk.
Some of the whiskies shown are either not available because they are temporarily
out of stock or because they may be one of only a few in the world. Should a
product be unavailable, we will inform you of this promptly.
b) robbiesdrams.co.uk does not accept liability for delayed or non delivery
of goods due to mis-information. The information contained in this website has
been prepared in good faith and is believed to be correct at the time of publication.
robbiesdrams.co.uk makes no representation or guarantee as to the accuracy of
any or all of the information on this site.
